When you open a new project with BLAMO! Media, we will provide you with a unique client services login.
Using this accout, you will be able to access all of the available features related to your ongoing project.

Each project you have open at BLAMO! Media will have a quick-access list to any and all aspects of your project
warranting your attention.
You will find a simple description of the project being worked on, a link to your
related project agreement, quick links to any available project invoices, and a list of the most recent updates
made to your project. Clicking on any of these links is an easy way to access the available services for your
specified project.
Once we have spent the necessary time hammering out the details of your new website project, we'll provide you
with electronic and downloadable copies of your project agreement.

This is your way of knowing that you are
going to get what expect to get with your new website. You can easily view your project agreement online and
choose to accept it immediately. That way we can get started on your project as soon as possible.
Dealing with invoices doesn't have to be painful, and we make it as simple as possible by providing the option to

review and complete any project invoices directly through our website. We use PayPal to handle our payments which
is by far the most trusted and secure online payment system out there. By speeding up the process, we once again
find ourselves able to get going on your project that much more quickly!

When new updates are made to your project, we'll post them online for you to look at and provide feeback on.
Simply click on an update and you'll be shown what was done, what was changed and what to expect going forward.
You can also use this page to provide feedback or ask any questions regarding the update. But we'll
get to that.

The entire point of making this process interactive is to ensure that you get what you want. And the easiest
way to do that is to get as much feedback as we can from you - whether you like something or don't like something,
whether or not you think something should be changed, etc. So we provide quick feedback forums
for each update we post for your project. That way we can discuss updates as they become available and
ensure that we remain on the same page as we move forward.
